Paypad POS 
My roleI started with gathering information about the industry, trying to understand pain-points. I visited places of the existing customers to get information on how it's currently being used. Mainly the challenge was to provide a UI that would helps users take actions in a fast and efficient way. 

Insights
My visits helped me understand our target user base and their usage habits. After visiting several places and talking to people, it was clear on what i wanted to focus on:​​​​​​​
Our target users were people working in restaurants, cafes, and retails. The objective was to offer the most important functions such as ad-hoc calculation, fast customer information access, in an efficient and compact UI, on the main page.  

Workflow
It all started with a word document where every single action and function was listed. Then i built the wireframes together with a a heuristic flow of all the screens, to build the information hierarchy.
I created paper prototypes and I tested them with the teammates. After necessary revisions we made, these were translated into digital screens.
